Project Description
Led the development and execution of a targeted email campaign and audience segmentation strategy for a Renal Denervation (RDN) reimbursement webinar, utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud. This initiative marked Medtronic’s first internally developed, Data Cloud-powered email campaign.
I built the segment in Data Cloud by integrating data from Salesforce Sales Cloud and other key sources. I also helped define and configure email assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and managed the campaign orchestration through Journey Builder.
The campaign was delivered to approximately 2,000 contacts making use of Einstein Send Time Optimization (STO), achieving 681 unique opens (32%) and 45 unique clicks (2.14%). Of those clicks, 16 recipients registered for the webinar, directly supporting attendance goals.
